About Parrott Delaney Tavern
The Parrott Delaney Tavern, located in New Hartford, CT, has been in the works for quite some time. Jim Parrott opened his first sports bar in the early 1990s, setting in motion the events that would lead to the opening of a live music venue about ten years later. In 2009, he co-founded the Swingin’ Parrott Pub with his son, Chris Parrott.
Arriving in New Hartford, CT after many years of trial and error, The Parrott Delaney Tavern was the first craft beer bar in New Hartford and an exciting new addition to the town’s culinary scene. The mission of the restaurant and bar is to serve the best craft beer, wine, and cocktails, as well as delectable classic dishes with a twist. In addition, the Parrot Delaney Tavern features live music in their Ovation Room and hosts a variety of exciting events.
