Sound Journey: Meditation with Julieanne Palmer

This event is designed to guide each participant into a deeper connection with their body, release what no longer serves them, align with their higher self, and explore new ways of being. The experience will be enhanced with singing bowls, drums, rattles, chimes, and other instruments; all played in order to amplify the meditation in a joyful, soulful atmosphere. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, water, and most importantly: an open heart and mind. This event is free, but donations are always appreciated and accepted.

Things to expect from these meditations:

• A space to dream and create new possibilities
• The freedom to let go and simply be yourself
• Alignment of body, mind, and spirit
