LAM Yoga – Everything In Its Right Pose

Feeling the weight of tax season? Yeah, us too. That’s why we’re turning up some Radiohead and moving through a creative yoga flow inspired by one of our all-time favorite bands. Led by Jen Dankosky, E-RYT-500, this unique practice will feature a curated playlist spanning Radiohead’s iconic journey—from the raw sounds of Pablo Honey to the haunting beauty of A Moon Shaped Pool.

If you love yoga, music, and a space to move freely, this class is for you. Modifications will be offered, and you’ll be encouraged to tune in to your body—while soaking in some seriously good music. All levels are welcome.

LAM is your space to be you—whether that means finding stillness or breaking into spontaneous dance (yes, even in the kitchen). We see you, and we’re so glad you’re here.
