About Outside Perspectives
Outside Perspectives, located in New Hartford, CT is a non-profit that collaborates with youth development organizations, schools, and teams to foster long-term personal growth and positive community engagement through a variety of transformative outdoor experiences.
Instead of recruiting individual participants, Outside Perspectives employs a novel Partnership Model. Through our collaboration with community organizations, we work with an existing group of youth to build a sequence of programming designed to meet the needs of the young people in that group as well as the goals of our partner organization.
