About the New Hartford Women’s Club
Established in 1966, the New Hartford Women’s Club (NHWC) is a non-profit organization made up of local women with a range of ages, backgrounds, and interests who all share the desire to better our city.
These objectives are firmly established by community outreach initiatives that aim to stimulate interest in topics like pride, education, conservation, improvement, and local arts, to mention a few. Local women can connect and network with their colleagues in a comfortable setting through the NHWC.
It is evident from NHWC’s track record of success throughout the years that variety is a good thing in an organization. The passion and unwavering commitment of their community, which have long been characteristics of NHWC members, are shared by our members.
By taking part in or planning events, our volunteers give of their time and skills. In addition to participating in outreach initiatives, NHWC primary fundraisers, and other club events, all active members are asked to diligently attend regular club meetings on the first Thursday of each month (with the exception of June, July, and August).
