About LAM Yoga
LAM Yoga studio, located in New Hartford, CT, welcomes you to a space filled with natural light during the day, and soft candlelight in the evening. You’ll be surrounded by artifacts from travel, bits and pieces of nature and art from local artists. LAM is a place to get grounded. To dream and relax. A cozy and inviting space to linger after your practice.
In the summer, we offer classes along the majestic Farmington River. All-level classes are offered daily. Specialty events, such as Sound Healing, Reiki and Yoga Nidra are also a big part of our practice here at LAM.
We’re located in the Hurley Business Park next to brilliant photographers, multi-media artists, an award winning massage studio, and other creative minds. LAM Yoga offers a way to disconnect from the frenetic activity of daily life and connect with your spirit.
